Bearing
The aluminium floor profiles are being supported by hardwearing plastic bearings.
Twister, for mounting on the 25x25 under-floor beam
The patented TWISTER can be fitted easily and rapidly to the 25x25 under-floor beam (supplied by the trailer builder); no tools are required. By virtue of its ingenious construction the full weight on the aluminium floor section is supported by the thickest internal region of the section. Fouling does not exert an influence on the useful life of the aluminium – and, moreover, the design provides for the maximum stability when subjected to heavy loads (sliding surface 8700 mm2/unit).

| How to mount |
Bearing 25x25 mm
This bearing needs to be mounted over the 25x25 under-floor beam by using a simple tool and has the same characteristics as the Twister but has four vertical legs. This is the old model bearing from before the Twister and is exchangeable with the Twister, which can be mounted without tools.

Kick Twister
With the Kick Twister, floor profiles can be installed from above (without sliding). This is extremely useful in practice, in case of limited installation areas.

Plastic guide strips
Plastic guide strips (patent pending) can be mounted directly to a cross member; available in a variety of models, and can be secured by screws or rivets. The saddle shape of the guide strip accommodates the linear forces imposed on the construction, thereby preventing the strip from becoming dislodged from the cross beam.

Anti Lifting Block
The Anti Lifting Block has been designed to give an extra safety against the rising of the profiles by the product or the fork lift truck. The standard bearings already have these function. Can be placed after the floor has already been mounted.

Support plate
The Support Plate has been designed to give extra stability to the floor when for example high impact forces can be expected from the product. The forces will be carried via the floor profiles directly to the cross members of the under-construction. The support plate can be mounted over the cross members with a maximum width of 60 mm without any fixation and no tools are needed for mounting.
